Ordering:

Orders may be placed on-line through our secure server or by phone, mail, or fax.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight and size of the package being shipped and will be determined during check-out.  All orders are shipped UPS Ground.  Tracking numbers are available upon request.  

2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available for an additional cost.

Please e-mail us regarding international orders.  

Our Guarantee:

All returns must be authorized by Funkylights.com first.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send back the item insured, in original condition and packing container, within 30 days of purchase.  We will issue a credit, exchange, or refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Forms of Payment:

We will accept payments made by Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Money Order.

Sales Tax:

We collect sales tax when the billing address is in the state of Ohio.
